The first call

From your first call to Ascent, you can expect courteous and prompt service. After the initial conversation, we will organize a free in-person quote and assessment. Our goal in this stage is to get to know you and your needs so that we can provide you with the best service for your situation.

In-person meeting

Jake will get to know your goals and evaluate and understand your property and specific needs. This appointment typically takes about 10-20 minutes. During the meeting, you will have time to express your ideas and get to our process. Regardless of what kind of work you’re looking to have done around your property, the meeting is a great opportunity to discuss your options.

Quote and work order

Your quote will be sent to you by email shortly after your in-person meeting. Your quote will include a detailed work order and the proposed date and time for the work to take place. The proposed date is generally 3 weeks away or less. If you have any questions or need some edits to be made to the quote and work order, respond to the email with your request. If you approve the quote, the work will be booked. No deposit is required.

Crew arrival

We review your project as a team before arriving on-site so we are up to date on the details and specifics of the work. If you are home when we arrive we read through the work order with you before starting. When the work is complete, we leave your property clean and tidy. You don’t need to be present on your property the day of the work. If you prefer to be home, that’s fine too. While we work, if you have any questions or concerns come up, we will be happy to assist you. If you need work done in addition to the work order, we will tell you how much the additional work will cost. When the work is complete, your property will be left clean and tidy.

Invoice and follow up

Once the work is complete, we will email you an invoice. Payment of the invoice is due upon receipt. Invoices can be paid by cheque or e-transfer.
